Idk what’s been going on lately with the front desk staff but they make it extremely difficult to accomplish goals. BEST office ever, amazing experience. You can really trust these providers and staff. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Seeing 1 star reviews makes me believe people are miserable.
Worst office, completely frustrating experience. Doctors don’t care about anyone’s time. The doctor shows up 15-20 mins late every Monday and Wednesday. I was told I couldn’t get a doctor’s note for my child when I show up at 9 am (this is when they open) for shots and the doctors are not on time. It doesn’t make sense. I would give them negative stars if I could for the waste of time they’ve caused me.
The entire staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Virani is patient and personable and has worked hard with insurance to get me the meds I need at a reasonable cost. 👍🏻
We see Dr. Cooper for my son's allergies and asthma. We couldn't recommend her more! She is kind and answers all our questions (we come with lists). She explains things well. Our son's health has NOT been easy to navigate and we've seen different doctors. We are so grateful to find a good fit for our family and our needs.
