Worst office, completely frustrating experience. Doctors don’t care about anyone’s time. The doctor shows up 15-20 mins late every Monday and Wednesday. I was told I couldn’t get a doctor’s note for my child when I show up at 9 am (this is when they open) for shots and the doctors are not on time. It doesn’t make sense. I would give them negative starts if I could for the waste of time they’ve caused me.

After suffering with back to back sinus infections, my PCP referred me to A&A Center of Manassas. Dr. Virani helped me discover the root cause of my sinus infections and recommended some next steps to help my allergies. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and explained medical terminology in a way that I was able to understand. Our whole family has seen Dr. Virani for over almost 10 years. He is caring, professional, and listens to our questions and concerns. The staff is friendly and efficent. When my children were younger they knew how to keep them calm and explain what the procedures were. I highly recommend them!

The doctor is very experienced with his work, is very understanding and professional, and the staff are all kind, wonderful people.
