This is an exceptional medical practice. I came from a different allergy clinic that was not willing to re-test me, and was truly at a point of despair about my allergy symptoms. Dr. Titi and his team listened to my story, did the re-test, and for the first time in years I have been able to enjoy the outside world. They are also very efficient with their allergy shot schedules, billing, and any rescheduling. I switched my child to this practice as well and have had a positive experience.

Definitely the best allergist experience our family has had in Lancaster County. I left feeling very heard and encouraged. My appointment ended up being a little untraditional due to an emergency that arose; however, I was impressed by how the entire staff and Dr Titi worked to manage the existing appointment load AND professionally, sympathetically manage the emergency. Grateful for my experience so far and feel like I am in good hands.

I did not have a good experience at this location, and agree with others that I do wish they would send bills via mail. Dr. Lockey was dismissive, disorganized, and made me uncomfortable during my appointment. I was using the portal, but they switched to another system that I can’t access. Then they wanted me to provide my bank information over the phone, which I was uncomfortable doing. Hands down the most unpleasant, disorganized doctor practice I have ever experienced. I was unfortunately referred here by my primary care provider. Dr. Lockey was exceedingly condescending about the topical allergy reaction I was experiencing during my visit. He seemed far more interested in belittling me then being empathetic. I felt like I was being accused of being dishonest even though I was doing the best I could to list everything I had interacted with. This office also uses a portal.
