This is the most un-customer service friendly physicians office I have ever worked with. Calling the office to speak with a human is an act of pure luck, as the phone tree spins you around and around with constant prompts to leave a message. When you finally reach someone, don't dare say you can't accept the first appointment they offer, or *gasp* every have to reschedule. You will be shamed by the people on the phone. If my daughter wasn't near the end of her treatment, I would be yanking her care out of this office. You ar... read more
