Call taker plays Doctor I was disappointed with my recent contact to the Center. I called to make an appointment for my boys and I could not get in to see the PA for three months. Then, when I asked for a refill on a med for my boys I was told I couldn't get it because I was late on making my every six month appointment! follows current national guidelines for asthma treatment My two daughters and my husband have been patients at the Allergy and Asthma Center for a little over 5 years. The nurses get a thorough history each visit; they give excellent education on the care of asthma; the doctors/NPs listen and are responsive to the needs of the patient and are do not belittle or minimize concerns.
