If I could give 0 stars I would customer service is terrible. If they mess up they don’t fix it. For instance, they improperly had my insurance number down and just sent it in and it’s been 5 months and they still haven’t fixed this issue so my insurance was never applied and the billing lady well let’s just say you only get her voicemail and she doesn’t get back to you I’ve called her well over 10 times now and I’m stuck with a bill that should have been covered by insurance.
