So glad I found Allergy and Asthma Care of Brooklyn! From the second I walked in, the front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. The vibe of the office is clean and calm, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr. Charlot was great. She took time to really listen to me, explained everything in a way I could understand, and never made me feel rushed. The testing was easy, and I left with a clear plan to move forward. I’ve added a few pics and video from my visit as well. Definitely recommend!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The doctors are attentive, patient, and truly take the time to listen and care for each visit. My entire family comes here, and we’ve consistently had a great experience. Dr. Charlot and Dr. Bai are both excellent,professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They currently have two locations and will be opening another on N9 soon, which is great for the community!

We brought our daughter to the location for an allergy test. We came a little early because we were scared of not finding parking. They had no issue seeing us early today. (Not trying to say this is their standard and not promoting coming early) which was a plus. We were lucky enough to have Winnie handle our visit. Dr. Charlot was very kind, personable and professional. She was very detailed and addressed all my concerns. I felt very comfortable and safe under her care. I strongly recommend her! Also her receptionist Erica was very professional and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience! ☺️

The office is very clean. The staff is welcoming and professional. The doctor was also welcoming, patient, and very informative. The visit didn't seem rushed at all compared to other offices. All of my questions were answered honestly. I have to thank my ENT physician Dr. Chernechenko for this referral.
