Dr.Kemp was great, expect the customer service representatives were extremely unprofessional. My first visit I witnessed the one employee say she was irritated at the client she just got off the phone with. She ranted to the employee next to her briefly right in front of me. I don’t care about your work problems, and it’s extremely unprofessional to do it in front of a brand new patient. You can rant all you want about your job, just not in front of patients. I recently switched allergists and am so grateful I did. Dr. Kemp was an excellent listener, made my injections more efficient by changing them from 4 shots to 2 shots, and was honest with me about how much longer my weekly injections will be. Her Chesterfield office is much more organized, efficient, convenient, and friendly than my previous doctor's was.
