RecommendedMy 3 children have been Dr Rao's patients for 25 years now. He is one of the most caring physicians you could ever hope for. Very knowledgeable. Keeps up with the latest treatments. I could not recommend him more. I have noticed over the years that he has had trouble maintaining a good staff. Sometimes he gets my messages, sometimes not. Often I feel as if I am troubling the girls that answer the phone when I call and ask to speak to him, even though he has told me to call him. The Brooklyn Office is horrible. My 18 month old son was diagnosed with a severe peanut allergy three weeks ago and I have called the office 7 times over the last 20 days with some follow up questions for the doctor and still have not received a call back from the doctor. Horrible service. If you want a doctor that doesn't respond to you or your concerns and a nasty staff to boot, then this is the place for you!
