I left a message to get an appointment at this facility, and no one ever called me back! If this is the kind of customer service you provide, what kind of service would it be if I actually got an appointment?!! I'm guessing they have no interest in getting any new patients?!!
We love Colleen, Vicky and Dr. Otero. They have helped us so much. They are kind and caring. Colleen and Vicky have greeted us by name since our first visit! Our allergies are much improved!
I’ve been a patient here for 20-plus years, and I keep coming back for more! Through the years, the staff has been friendly, flexible, caring and great at their jobs! Colleen and Vicki (who I see the most of) are warm and funny; I always enjoy spending time with them after my shots!!

I have been a patient of this practice for many years and visit monthly for my maintenance allergy shots. The office staff is friendly and always efficient and accommodating. Dr Otero has helped me manage my allergies and the protocol I follow has changed my life. I’m thankful to have found this practice. When meeting with my ENT down in PBG last year, he asked who I see for my allergies and told me I was in good hands with Dr Otero.
