I’ve been a patient here for 20-plus years, and I keep coming back for more! Through the years, the staff has been friendly, flexible, caring and great at their jobs! Colleen and Vicki (who I see the most of) are warm and funny; I always enjoy spending time with them after my shots!!
We love Colleen, Vicky and Dr. Otero. They have helped us so much. They are kind and caring. Colleen and Vicky have greeted us by name since our first visit! Our allergies are much improved!
I have been a patient of this practice for many years and visit monthly for my maintenance allergy shots. The office staff is friendly and always efficient and accommodating. Dr Otero has helped me manage my allergies and the protocol I follow has changed my life. I’m thankful to have found this practice. When meeting with my ENT down in PBG last year, he asked who I see for my allergies and told me I was in good hands with Dr Otero.

This experience has changed my life. I was continually coughing, wheezing, sneezing and on antibiotics and/or steroids. I was given the name of this office by a friend that gave praises about the office and treatment. I have been under care and allergy shots for about a year and it has turned my health around. No antibiotics or steroids. This office is very efficient and very kind. I highly recommend Allergy and Asthma Care.
