Wow - I am sorry you had that experience. We've had allergy testing done for our daughter there, too. We had a positive experience, most likely with the woman you are writing about. She was quiet and focused, but never found her to be unprofessional. Working with D. Bell to get a handle on our daughter's allergies and asthma, we've found her to be most thorough, thoughtful and informative with regards to treatment options, figuring out how we can save money on her prescriptions.
Since our daughter seems to have allergic reactions to certain antibiotics, Dayton Children's Urgent Care suggested we bring her to Allergy & Asthma Associates to have her tested to determine what medications she could safely take. I explained this to the receptionist who scheduled the appointment. When we arrived, we were told they only test for penicillin allergies. We told them we already know she is allergic to penicillin because she had serum sickness three years ago as a result of that medication. Regardless, the nurse... read more
