Dr. Blair is thorough, empathetic and great listener. I have been with her for many years and recommend her and the practice as her assistants are very personable and good.
It's sad, the staff was nice. But their billing situation? Awful. I was emailed 2 weeks after my initial appointment about the balance I had to pay. Perfectly fine. Not the problem. I was waiting to get PAID to pay them. They charged my account without my knowledge on a Thursday. Not a phone call or anything and they took almost $400 for my bill, locked my account because they cleared it, and I cant pay my rent because apparently no one knows how to use a phone. It's really unfortunate they work this way.
Dr. Blair is absolutely the best. She provides patient education without making you feel shameful or judged. She also makes it easy to be honest with and seems to genuinely care. I’m addition to knowing a lot about different allergy/asthma treatment care options. Highly recommend.
SIMPLY THE BEST!!! Extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable!! Would highly recommend!!!
