We love Dr. Kwak and her staff. She is very knowledgeable about allergies and asthma. Both of my kids (3 & 8) love her. My 8 year old has been getting allergy shots for 4 years now Dr. Kwak was the only doctor that would listen and take us seriously. She is the only allergist we trust.

I have shown up multiple times for my daughter's allergy shots with nothing posted that the shot room is closed a waste of time and having to start over- very inconsistent, no communication, staff are very much over worked, my experience has been terrible
During the pandemic, I asked that my son be able to wait, outdoors, right outside the door, during the pandemic for the required 30 minutes wait after a monthly allergy booster shot. They told me that waiting outside was not possible. I pressed and they transferred me to a nurse who told me that the national Allergy Academy forbids outdoor waiting rooms.
