At least act like you actually care about your clients! I got hanged up on two times, and was given the wrong confirmation details. However, you wanted to make it extremely clear that if I missed my appointment, I owed you $100. Provide me the correct information then! This place might be a scam, be cautious when booking an appt.
I have spent over an hour trying to receive my confirmation details. I spoke to about 4 people. Everyone that I spoke to has been very rude and it is obvious that they don't care about their clients.
