I have never NEVER ever ever in my life experienced such incompetent staff working at the front desk. All they do is hang up on you and say they cant hear you, my suggestion would be to get a new office phone is that is the case, my guess is that they don't want more work. WILD. NEVER go here. not worth it.

i think my review got deleted? anyway listen to the other reviews i really like dr parikh but she keeps not showing up for my appointments and they put me with someone else, twice without telling me. i was specifically trying to see her, so if you are too, definitely make it clear to whoever is scheduling the appointment that you won’t come in if they put you with someone else

Ultimate treatment I received and doc were fine but the office is atrocious. Good luck getting in touch with them or getting an appointment. I've never seen a doctor's office that doesn't answer the phone EVER - especially on a weekday during biz hours. How do you serve your patients? They send paper bills with zero ability to pay online. Just a piece of paper with a dollar amount on it - like it's 1973. I called many times trying to pay it, left voicemails, all to no avail - eventually gave up and they sent it to collection... read more

I’ve called 4 times (currently on my 5th) and would always get sent to voicemail. It’s frustrating

Extremely long waits, difficult to get in contact with them regarding your results, and they try to bill you out of pocket multiple times for services that should be completed in one appointment. Go anywhere BUT here.
