If I could give this location a 0 star I would. They are extremely hard to book appointments with. It's hoop after hoop to jump through. They send electronic documents for you to fill out that does not work & cannot be filled out. They won't even call to schedule or reschedule appointments, it's just a text message. Entirely frustrated with the entire experience. Going to need to find a different allergist entirely.
If i could give 0 stars I would. I was scheduled for my allergy visit with no expectations relayed to me. then got a text to reschedule the visit LATER. then i tried to call and reschedule two days before my appointment, the day before my appointment, and the day of my appointment and was on hold for 30 minutes each time. THEN I got a text that i was marked as a no show. A real waste of time this practice is.
