Dr Kwak found my Immune disorder. Have been going here for several years. She is the best. I can rest easier knowing she is taking such good care of me!
They don’t let new patients make appointments unless they have a referral, which is very unaccommodating for people who can’t get them. You shouldn’t be required to have a referral if you believe you’re allergic to something. The scheduler is very rude and doesn’t seem to care if you’re suffering. She only cares if you’re privileged enough to have a referral.
First time patient with my sixteen month old, Dr Kwak and her staff were phenomenal. We were seen quickly and she spent time with us making sure I didn't have any questions. We found out answers and came up with a plan. My daughter adored her. Highly recommend!
