If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I scheduled an appointment in October for December for a specific condition. After waiting over two months, the practice called less than 24 hours prior to the appointment to cancel as “the provider prefers to not see patients with this condition.” I am unable to think of a reasonable explanation for why this was not communicated prior to the appointment being scheduled, or after I submitted extensive medical history information more than two months prior. Seriously waited TWO HOURS in the exam room before any staff checked in. Outcome, doctor was not even able to help. Complete waste of time. Check the previous review. Same complaint.
2nd time in 2 weeks where I waited 1 hour without seeing the doctor, so I walked out and got my copay back. The nurse's assistants are so unprofessional, lack professionalism, urgency, and knowledge. This girl could barely figure out how to put on the blood pressure cuff and didn't realize the electronic thermometer was off before sticking it in my ear. Lord help this place. It's gone to trash. Never coming back.
I’ve never had a consultation with a doctor as attentive and thorough! He asked so many questions and really evaluated the entire situation. Truly a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend him. P.S. He speaks Portuguese, which is a great benefit for the Brazilian community.
Finally I found a doctor that takes the time to ask and listen what was happening on detail. Highly recommended.
