We have been seeing him for over a decade and he is one of a kind. Exceptional. We drive quite a distance because we will not entrust any other allergist.
Considering they deleted my last review, I’ll go ahead and leave another one. I’ve sent them MULTIPLE payments and they keep contacting me saying we have not. This place also told me my son wasn’t allergic to egg and milk but quickly learned he was. The front desk and doctor himself are not professional, rude, and inconsiderate. The way they have spoken to me for a bill that I have sent them the payment for is absolutely absurd. A very small bill might I add. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all especially for toddlers. Nobody better than DR. Hirsch! He's been my go to doctor for Asthma since i was a kid. His knowledge and professional is the best out there. Hes helped me overcome and stabilize my asthma and allergies year in and year out!
I am a Veteran, and after some pushing, the VA allowed me to visit this office for a consult. Doctor Hirsch and his office personnel were very nice...until Veteran's Choice (the private insurance company the VA uses to cover Veterans for care outside the VA system), delayed their payment. The consult was ok, although we found no solutions to my issue. A few weeks later, the VA asked me to obtain medical records, despite it being a VA employee's job to do so.
