Dr. Hirsh is truly a breath of fresh air in the medical field! He embodies the qualities of old-school doctors prioritizing genuine patient care over staring at the computer. Great Physician who has a fantastic/pleasant/professional assistant and another assistant who is often overwhelmed, annoyed and sometimes just plain rude. She is occasionally polite but this is not usually the case. Over a month ago the company that runs the portal advised they need to reset the password because the phone number was not updated from another Physician who I have (with the same company running the portal) and as a result I was unable to confirm for security purposes. Dr. Hirsch is an experienced professional doctor. I have seen him twice with skin issue. He was very patient and listened to my issue very carefully. He explained detail about his diagonals and answered all my questions with professional opinions. Most importantly he prescribed the correct cream, ointments that resolved the issue immediately. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly endorse Dr. Hirsch for his excellent expertise and service.
Kathy is a horror show, I would not recommend this place simply because of her. She called me literally screaming that we owed $100 from a bill, which I understand but this must’ve been missed or she sent it to the wrong address because as soon as I got off the phone with her she emailed it to me without me giving her my email, so my point is she probably was never sending it and we weren’t aware of the bill.
