Why bother having the first appointment of the day when you sit waiting in the waiting room for almost an hour? Also, Dr Hornberger does not inspire confidence in his medical knowledge when providing explanations. Seems distracted. Will not come here again.
I was very excited to finally get answers and was bitterly disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by Dr. Hornberger. The staff were helpful, pleasant, and professional. I arrived 15 minutes early with my paperwork filled out online. I was taken back 29 minutes after my appointment time for my vitals then shown to my room. 50 minutes after this, I stepped out and asked a person presumably on lunch if it was normal to wait over an hour to see the doctor and if I would be seen soon. I had an appointment in August and they only sent in 1 out of 3 of my prescriptions for refills. I call this past Friday letting them know and that I am almost out of my medications. They till me they will send out a message to get them filled but it may take a bit because the office is permanently closing. Why would they have me see a new doctor last month after Rosenberg retired if they were going to close the practice?
