first off want to thank them for accommodating us in such a timely manner. Dr Mai Lee was great took time to explain everything to my daughter. Made her feel very comfortable and happy. We are looking forward to the ongoing treatment. Thanks to all the staff as well they all had a smile at all times.
Patients with asthma beware!!!!! Doctor Rosenberg was formerly my doctor. He was knowledgeable and kind. However he couldn’t figure out what inhaler to call in that my insurance covered. This caused major issues since March. And then he retired with no notice before it was fixed. Doctor Martinez took over. Cue the biggest jerk of a doctor. Who won’t fill previous prescriptions to keep me breathing because he has an ego trip. From the first contact by the phone I knew that TOTAL Allergy Asthma & Immunology was good! Dr. Jeffrey was beyond perfect, listening very carefully my explanation about my allergy. Thank you for the best service!
I would give negative stars if possible. This doctor is extremely useless and the wait times are very long. I had a whole set of allergy tests done once, which took several hours, and then they made the allergy serum shots and totally forgot to let me know for months. Then, when I tried to finally get the shots, they said I needed to do all the tests over again. When I asked where the bathroom is in the office, they said they didn't have one, which is totally unacceptable. The medical assistants are nice enough, but this is ... read more
If you are a new patient looking to schedule an Allergy Test do yourself a favor and look for another provider!! I had a 10 AM appointment daughter. We waited over an hour in the waiting room to be seen, and when I inquired about our turn, we were told that they still have two clients to be seen before us. This meant another one to two hours of waiting! There was no communication to the clients who are waiting- and when I asked if this is typical, they responded by saying yes! Terrible service.
