We have been going here for 10mos and we are stopping. My 10 year old has been getting allergy shots here but this office closes often and when you miss an allergy shot it messes up your shot schedule. I also received a quite contrary call from a staff member about my daughter leaving 10mins early from her wait time. What upsets me is I don't need voicemails when no one knows your life. This happened to be a day we had traffic getting there and my husband had a funeral to get to. So yea you never know what someone's life is ... read more

Staff is friendly.
The staff were fantastic- bubbly, sweet, knowledgeable, efficient. The building, however, is NOT handicap friendly and the system is inefficient. I received a 2 hours before my appointment, while leaving my house to make my way there, after another stop, saying that I needed to complete registration but, with no instruction how to do so. Not wanting to hold up my appointment, I committed to arriving early since Google Maps says they open at 8:00 add my appointment was at 8:40.
