Staff is friendly.
The staff were fantastic- bubbly, sweet, knowledgeable, efficient. The building, however, is NOT handicap friendly and the system is inefficient. I received a 2 hours before my appointment, while leaving my house to make my way there, after another stop, saying that I needed to complete registration but, with no instruction how to do so. Not wanting to hold up my appointment, I committed to arriving early since Google Maps says they open at 8:00 add my appointment was at 8:40. This center is a joke. First, they gave us an appointment at a different location than we requested. When we arrived, the office was closed, and we were then told by phone the appointment was at a different location. So, we made another appointment at the location we wanted. We arrived for that appointment, and they told us it was canceled. You can imagine our faces after taking the day off from our jobs with our 4-year-old child.
