the receptionist is extremely rude, I let her know that my son’s PCP had sent them the referral on a Friday. I had no idea that they supposedly don’t open on Fridays because she didn’t even bother explaining that to me. She didn’t bother checking the referrals that Were received over the “weekend” And tells me that in order for me to make an appointment, they need to have the referral faxed over to them first. Tienen una politica de 15 minutos de gracias, y si llegas tarde te cancelan y reagendan minimo un mes despues, sin embargo, cuando eres tu el que esperas por ser atendido no pasa nada, pierdes tu tiempo y dinero y a ellos no les importa. Realizan bien su trabajo. El personal y la Dra. Shama Hussain es muy profesional. Lo único que me gustaría es que le dieran la oportunidad a las familias que asisten a sus citas y son responsables de poder sacar 2 citas en un mismo día porque es muy difícil ir hoy por uno el siguiente día para otro cuando son de la mismas familia.
