Called to get an appointment for my son and the woman who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. You work in a medical building where people who are calling you are SICK and you can be pleasant? Red flag!!
I told the Specialist Dr Lang here 6 years ago that I have MCAS and the Specialist was dismissive I got covid in 2023 and now have POTS MCAS and EDS my body is in consistent flares and now bed bound glad she is no longer here but yeah do better UW
We have a referral because my kid had severe anaphalaxis and they response was they have no appointments. I said I dont knownwhat to do and they just said sorry. What can I do for my kid with no real help out there? Edit: I see others on a wait list - we didnt even get that option.
Other people have mentioned this but they are effectively not accepting new patients. I have a referral from my PCP which I am told be processed within 90 days. 9-0!!! Only then, they will be able to schedule an appointment which is going to be 3-4 months out. It's more than half a year to get medical assistance from this clinic. Don't waste your time with them. Find some place else
