I am really upset that gloves seem to be worn for the entire shift. Nurses in the injection room do one patient after another with the same gloves on. I’m not sure why they can’t afford to be clean.

The rheumatologists are just ok but it is impossible to get a call back or get through to anyone in the office. Weeks of calling and leaving messages to sort out authorization issues that should be dealt with by the office but even the insurance company can’t get them on the phone.

Sure, the doctors are good and take their time. However, when it is impossible to get in contact with them at all times of the day, it doesn't matter much huh? I have called up to 20 times in one day to be sent to the answering machine or to be answered and immediately hung up on. After 43 phone calls and 8 voice messages in order to discuss my blood work, I give up and will take it somewhere else. There is no care in either office (Succasunna or Dover).
