Someone in their office booked an appointment for me without asking me or telling me. Received bills for services not rendered. Now I’m out several hundred dollars for nothing. Be careful with this group!

RecommendedIf you are in need of an allergy doctor in Knoxville ... Dr. Singer is THE BEST!!!!!!!! My son is almost 10 and has been his patient since he was an infant. I just called the Cross Park office and spoke with the nurse to see if they could call in a steroid prescription for my son who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum. With this whole coronavirus thing going on now, I wanted to avoid bringing him out in public since he's already not feeling well. RecommendedWe loved our experience at Allergy & Asthma associates. They send multiple appt reminders, didnt have to wait long at all (waiting room and to see a Dr), ALL of the staff is so friendly and kind. They were so patient and helpful with my son who is 13 months old ( he was teething, tired, AND had a scratch test) One of the staff even brought him some toys to play with and take home and another staff member held him while I filled out paper work so I could get a flu shot while I was there. RecommendedMy son seen Dr.Ellenburg for the first time today,and he is a great doctor!! He was easy to talk to and best of all he cared for my son. Whole staff was great today! Thank you all so much for taking time to help get my little boy on the right track with his eczema! Means a lot when people care about your kids. God Bless each of you!!! Thankful the doctor listened to me too. And high fives and fist bumps for my son! We need more doctors like this in the world who truly care.
RecommendedI brought my daughter to see Dr. Trent today. We needed answers for her reactions she had been having and a previous allergy Dr. was no help. Dr. Trent listened to my concerns and broke down in detail what his thoughts and findings were. He was excellent with my nervous little girl! We wont be going to see anyone but him! Thankful to have found him!
