Dr. Krishna is very knowledgeable, which is why I’m giving 2 stars. I had to change providers for my allergy shots due to the limited office hours here. Unfortunately, it took 10 weeks and 6 days from my initial request to receive my complete medical records, despite 9 follow-up attempts between myself and my new provider via phone, fax, and certified mail. While the actually speaking with the doctor was helpful, everything else was unnecessarily hard. I got inconsistent information from the front desk, experienced an odd intake process, and my orders were messed up. (Where I got my blood drawn said this wasn’t uncommon from this office!)
Thank god the actual allergy shots work, because I don’t think anything else in there does! It really is understaffed and very busy. If you value time this isn’t the right place. That being said the shots do work, just expect a long wait.
the lady is nice but they are unstaffed and keep people waiting.
