If you value your time don’t come here. We had an appointment scheduled for 9:00. Arrived 15 minutes early like we were asked to and still haven’t seen a provider at almost 10:00. That’s over an hour wait and counting. No one has apologized and the receptionist acted annoyed when I asked her to confirm the time since we hadn’t been seen yet.
I had a great experience here and would highly recommend Dr. Roelofs. He had a calming and pleasant attitude and took extra time to listen to me explain my symptoms/history; he also consistently asked if I had any questions. I did not feel rushed at all, and I’m walking away with answers and a solid treatment plan! I also highly enjoyed my time with nurse Jenna, who was incredibly kind and made the testing experience fun. Much appreciated!
Over the past two years with this practice, I have had many very disappointing experiences with Dr. Hickey. Like several other reviewers, I found him to be rushed, disinterested, and unwilling to engage in a meaningful conversation about my concerns. He seemed eager to end the appointment as quickly as possible, addressing only the bare minimum. Some of the reviews here are awful and I was originally incredibly nervous for my appointment. However, I can say that I received great care here. I interacted with about five employees during my visit and everyone single one of them was kind. I especially noticed that the woman working the front desk was patient and polite despite some other clients not having their paperwork, ID, or insurance card ready (or a form of payment!).
