I waited 2+ months for my first appointment. And I show up for my appointment the front desk staff is unable to answer my questions. So I leave without being seen by doctor nor my questions answered. This is ridiculous to wait that long in order to get medical help and then having to leave without any help. I could be dead because of them. The medical community should have more care for people than this, not turn people away, hire more doctors, or organize better scheduling. If you value your time don’t come here. We had an appointment scheduled for 9:00. Arrived 15 minutes early like we were asked to and still haven’t seen a provider at almost 10:00. That’s over an hour wait and counting. No one has apologized and the receptionist acted annoyed when I asked her to confirm the time since we hadn’t been seen yet.
I had a great experience here and would highly recommend Dr. Roelofs. He had a calming and pleasant attitude and took extra time to listen to me explain my symptoms/history; he also consistently asked if I had any questions. I did not feel rushed at all, and I’m walking away with answers and a solid treatment plan! I also highly enjoyed my time with nurse Jenna, who was incredibly kind and made the testing experience fun. Much appreciated!
Over the past two years with this practice, I have had many very disappointing experiences with Dr. Hickey. Like several other reviewers, I found him to be rushed, disinterested, and unwilling to engage in a meaningful conversation about my concerns.
