I have been let down visit after visit after aspire took over the office. Long waits, accepting cash, then not accepting cash and changing policy without notice, we showed up this week to the new walk in only injections only to find they had closed the office early and left before posted hours. We have seen 3 different providers so we don’t feel like we are being taken care of just bumped from one doctor to another. It seems the doctors are not sticking around. Billing has not been helpful. Charges for tests were not accurately explained to me and I was charged triple the amount of what I was told. I had to speak with billing regarding a confusing amount of my bill. I was given an amount that was much lower than the next bill that I received and I had not been there or had any changes since the previous bill. The doctor that I saw kept doing tests and giving me meds that did not help at all. I decided to go to another clinic.
