Horrendous experience. For a year I dealt with this place. They do not answer the phone . I called different times and left messages. No call back. They do not respond in the portal no matter who you message. It’s a bunch of PA reading from a script literally uninformed and 6+ months to see the doctor. The doctor left the room to deal with a co worker, a person opened the door oops sorry looking for the doctor. They are the most unorganized office I have ever seen. And rude to beat it. i have tried calling multiple times to schedule a new patient appt. after leaving messages on voicemails, and after reading these reviews, i am not interested in coming to this office for allergy services. if it takes multiple calls and messages just to get an appt, what will it be like to be an established patient? they need to expand their staff to be able to accommodate the influx of patient's needing care.
Attempted to get a prescription refill for over 3 weeks. The foundation sent seven faxes to no avail. No one ever answers the phone or returns your call I am very disappointed as I thought I found a good rheumatologist.
I came to this practice from one that had a terrible staff and a Dr who made a quick in and out without ever explaining anything. Dr. Spuza-Milord and Damon are an incredible team that always make me feel 'heard' and understood. The entire office staff is both professional and caring. I'm so glad I found them.
