I scheduled an appointment a month ago through a VA referral for a simple allergy test. Despite arriving 30 minutes early, I was required to fill out redundant paperwork, even though the office already had my personal information. I have been a patient of Dr Spuza for several years. She is a great doctor if you can get an appointment with her. All calls go to voice mail and yesterday they called to cancel my appointment in June and now the only appointment I could get with her was in November. I have seen their PA in her absence but they are very poorly trained. It does not matter how good a doctor is, if you cannot get an appointment with them!

Dr was ok. Office doesnt answer or return calls. I called over 20 times one day and no one answered.

I was so nervous having to go to a new rheumatologist after 11 years with my other on and I have to say being the first time at this office I would recommend this office to any and everyone. The staff is absolutely amazing and so helpful. They take the time to listen to your every word. They are extremely thorough with their notes when speaking to them. So happy to have found this place after months of trying to find one. Sincerely Melinda Lanford
