Dr was ok. Office doesnt answer or return calls. I called over 20 times one day and no one answered.
I was so nervous having to go to a new rheumatologist after 11 years with my other on and I have to say being the first time at this office I would recommend this office to any and everyone. The staff is absolutely amazing and so helpful. They take the time to listen to your every word. They are extremely thorough with their notes when speaking to them. Went to this office 2 times they were nice and explained everything I had going on .. I saw Dr Spuza for first visit then Pria for second the meds she put me on worked at first and now not at all definitely having big issues with walking and my whole body feels like I’ve been beat up !! So I’ve called 4 times left messages finally Pria called me I was at work so called back and left another message no response !!!!!!! Dr. Desilva is a wonderful doctor. My review is solely based on the front staff. I have been trying to reschedule my appointment. Every time I call it goes to voicemail. I leave a message and no one returns my calls. Why is the front staff not answering calls?? I looked on the portal and there is no way for me to reschedule an appointment. I had no choice but to contact the doctor through the portal. Sometimes a patient needs a live person to speak to. Please improve this issue.
