Had allergic reaction with hives, was referred to Dr. Garges, all he did was prescribe antihistamines even before examination, “you can take up to 16 a day, Watch out for the police”. He was giving me medical advice to drive impaired due to the prescription but don’t get pulled over because I would get a DUI because antihistamines impair your ability to drive.
