Could not recommend this practice more. My entire family has been going here for years, despite all moving away from the area. Every employee is so kind and makes you feel seen and heard. Elena in particular treats you like family. Dr. Iacobelli takes as much time with you as is needed. No concern is too small. It is her mission to work with you to get to the bottom of your respiratory concerns until the issue is resolved. This is a practice you can fully trust. Forever grateful for this practice!
I had a positive experience with the care itself, and the staff here are truly some of the kindest and most compassionate people I’ve encountered in a medical office. However, I recently became aware of concerns regarding how employees may be treated, and that made me uncomfortable continuing as a patient. Because of that, I’ve decided I can’t continue to support this practice. The staff deserve respect and appreciation for the work they do.
Highly recommend getting in here if you need anything done with allergies. The girls here are so nice and Dr. Iacobelli is super sweet and very informative.
No one on staff knows what is going on. Lack of empathy and communication. Appointments are made without consulting charts or patient needs. I had been a patient for multiple years, and no one on staff is willing to work with me or apologize for their errors.
I’d give them a zero but of course you can’t do that. They are dishonest with their service, charged us for an overage but never were open about there being an extra charge. Had us do an allergy challenge without going over the blood work until after the challenge which indicated our child was not actually allergic. The doctor consistently made us feel like we had to get rid of our dogs cause our child was “allergic” even went as far to tell us once she didn’t have a virus it was allergies…then I got sick the next day.
