I went to this practice back in 2020 I had active insurance I made sure they were in network I never received a bill or any calls from this practice stating there was problem with my insurance fast forward to 2024 I get a collections notice that they placed a bill in collections that I was not informed of nor did they reach out to give me the opportunity to correct it. 4 years later they just put in on my credit and never billed the insurance. I will definitely be filing a complaint.
Great doctors, office receptionist and nursing. I have been coming for 2 years now. I confidently recommend this allergy clinic. I am here once a week for shots.
Unfortunately the worst doctors experience I’ve had. Although the doctor and nurses were nice that I met in person the two times I had been there, I had a horrible experience with their office afterwards. My bill after insurance was in the thousands. The woman in billing told me too bad, that’s the price and I have to pay it if I want to see a doctor. I could only afford a hundred a month at the most and if I forgot to send a payment (because they didn’t send me regular reminders or payment plans) they’d threaten to send me ... read more
They are not qualified Allergists!!!! Don't waste your time here!!! Go see New England Allergy Dr. Johnson is the Best he knows exactly what to do and has an action plan right away. These Allergists let me leave there office and I ended up in the ER 3 Times!!!!!!
