Awful
Would be nice if they went back to the precovid hours for shots, and end scheduling for shots. it's tough for people who work during the day to make it to the office for their shots.
While I like the doctors at this practice, the front desk and accounting departments are not particularly helpful. This office meets but does not exceed my expectations.
DO NOT go here, medical staff is great but Billing department messes up consistently, is extremely rude / disrespectful to you when you request help with claims and codes that are entered incorrectly, they refuse to provide any written paperwork to back what they are claiming is correct and specifically the billing manager Sandra will interrupt and yell at you until you are worn down and give up. This practice is not patient based, but is money driven.
