My son has been a patient here for 8 years he is 9. Nicole at the front desk should not work somewhere where she has to talk to patients she is very rude and disrespectful especially infront of young children. I will change my review when she no longer works here. I asked to speak to the office manager but was told that she wasn't here and they don't know when she will be back. Then I ask someone else
I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. My referral from my pediatrician was never followed up on and I had to track them down. They mentioned being short staffed. When we went, with insurance the first visit was 425 dollars. They just talked to us, no testing, prescribed an inhaler. Two months later, pushed more meds but still hadn’t tested him to see what he may be allergic to. In the mean time he ended up in the pediatric ER. Front desk staff are not friendly. Staff injecting in the back are good at what they do. Haven’t died of an allergic reaction yet so there’s that.
I've been a patient since 2016 and they truly have helped with my hives.
First initial visit very impressed. Ashley was excellent during my allergy testing & Dr Lomasney was very good explaining various stages of allergy therapy. Small office but highly efficient and quality handouts of information and welcome questions so you understand your care options. Also the doctors & staff rotate some of their locations which I like because I’m closer to than Greensboro & can see my same doctor or friendly staff member
