Front desk or whoever answers the phone at the Greensboro location are very rude when trying to schedule. Huffy and puffing as I tried to schedule a appointment because I asked to repeat the times that were available while trying to check my schedule. I felt rushed , she act as if I was taking up her time and bothering her. I work in healthcare and have been for over ten years that is unacceptable.
My son has been a patient here for 8 years he is 9. Nicole at the front desk should not work somewhere where she has to talk to patients she is very rude and disrespectful especially infront of young children. I will change my review when she no longer works here. I asked to speak to the office manager but was told that she wasn't here and they don't know when she will be back. Then I ask someone else
I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. My referral from my pediatrician was never followed up on and I had to track them down. They mentioned being short staffed. When we went, with insurance the first visit was 425 dollars. They just talked to us, no testing, prescribed an inhaler. Two months later, pushed more meds but still hadn’t tested him to see what he may be allergic to. In the mean time he ended up in the pediatric ER.
