They are kind and knowledgeable. The doctor spends enough time to listen and answer all my questions.
Dr. Wasan takes time to talk with us and answer all questions. She gives multiple options that could help and doesn’t pressure us on any of them.
I very much liked the doctor, but I’m leaving because of the horrible billing practice they contract to. I have been consistently charged six months or more after the service, racking up bills worth hundreds. Not great consideration for patients! Every other practice I’ve been to has had much more contemporaneous billing that hasn’t left me so frustrated.
