They need to communicate better, when my husband made the appointment saying his sons step mom would be bringing him they should of told us his father needed to be at the appointment. Son missed school and I had to use time from work to not be able to help him. He says he is in pain, but they denied seeing him. I even had a letter from his dad giving me permission to take him. Which works at any other DR's office. They told me no his father had to be at the appointment who can't just take off work.
