This was the worst service I've received from a doctor. I came in for my monthly follow up appointment and they had messed up my date and didn't know I was supposed to be there. After the appointment I received a call telling me I was wrong to show up and I was supposed to show up a month later and it was my fault. I had made this appointment, taken time off work and had confirmed the date prior to coming. Very rude on the phone, very inconsistent care, disrespectful service. Saw a lady Dr.. Needed blood tests and they did not have a lab - I had to go back to my own clinic. No one called me back with my results. I finally called them and they said that the results were not sent to them, they would call and get them ( in other words if I had not called they would not have contacted me at all). The nurse finally called me back and referred to the Dr. as (He) when I saw a female Dr. My Vitamin D was low and recommended additional Vitamin D tablets. They did not recommend any further tests or causes ... read more
