I’m not sure what their doctors are like because I canceled my appointment shortly after booking an appointment with them. I had originally scheduled with Dr Konz but had a friend who recommended Dr Wendelborn so I called to see if I could reschedule with him. I was IMMEDIATELY met with a major attitude from the lady on the phone! I simply asked if Dr Wendelborn had any afternoon appointments available and the lady says, “Dr Wendelborn is a SENIOR partner and is about to retire so he doesn’t DO afternoon appointments!” To th... read more
This was my first visit to Allergy & Asthma Associates and everyone was very kind, helpful and professional. Dr. Karen Konz was great, she listened to me and we discussed her recommendations. Dr. Konz is very knowledgeable and I felt I received excellent care at my visit today!
Don't blindly believe the reviews of the few people who didn't get what they want - everyone here was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Konz was great and cared about helping me with both allergies and asthma symptoms.
If I could give zero stars I would! Dr. Karen is just that… a Karen! She walked in with an attitude questioning why I’m even there with my daughter, painting a picture that my doctor doesn’t know what he’s doing because I have these concerns. Tells me that my daughter doesn’t need testing because she’s not experiencing hives everyday. Extremely friendly staff! From the front desk checking me, the nurses, and the doctor, everyone was so nice and welcoming! Amazing customer service. Would give 10 stars if I could!
