Absolutely the best health care I’ve ever received. Every single staff member is extremely polite and professional.
Love this practice! Dr. Seth put me on a fast track plan less than a year ago and already my symptoms have improved markedly. They make it easy to schedule your shots and I've have never had any issues at any of my appointments. The staff is great as well and super friendly and knowledgeable and always able to put you at ease.
Dr. Blair is thorough, empathetic and great listener. I have been with her for many years and recommend her and the practice as her assistants are very personable and good.
It's sad, the staff was nice. But their billing situation? Awful. I was emailed 2 weeks after my initial appointment about the balance I had to pay. Perfectly fine. Not the problem. I was waiting to get PAID to pay them. They charged my account without my knowledge on a Thursday. Not a phone call or anything and they took almost $400 for my bill, locked my account because they cleared it, and I cant pay my rent because apparently no one knows how to use a phone. It's really unfortunate they work this way.
