Doctor Rassbach is a great doctor he really listen to you and explains everything his medical assistant made us feel very comfortable and definitely explain the the process. Front desk as well very polite, organized and welcoming. Booking our appt was fast and easy.
Courteousness & professionalism abound at this practice! One is put immediately at ease on entering the premises. Excellent communication reassures with the kindness and obvious expertise of all the healthcare workers. As parents of patients, and especially if our kiddos are having scary experiences such as allergic reactions or difficulty breathing, this expert & compassionate care is so deeply appreciated! Dr. Rasbach and his team at CC UBCP Allergy and Asthma Associates in Monterey are always so attentive and make sure I’m comfortable during every visit. The staff is friendly and professional, and the care is excellent. I always leave feeling well cared for and would definitely recommend them.
Really enjoy having Dr. Rassbach as our kid's allergist. He is honest, reasonable, and provides advice while respecting parents and patients. Moreover, his boundaries and guidance are based on knowledge, experience, and training, and he's willing to both listen and explain his position when there's a difference of opinion.
Friendly, yet exceptionally efficient staff. The doctor explained everything thoroughly and in an easy to understand manner. Top marks all around!
