The office staff at Allergy Alliance was kind, but not very professional. I did not receive any sort of notification prior to my appointment. In fact, I had to call to confirm my appointment. Also, the staff let me know the day of my appointment that my insurance did not approve the sleep study at the office (that I had already taken sick leave for - I live 3 hours away).
