Very disappointed with this office’s appointment reminder process. We received no call, voicemail, or email about the appointment, but were still charged a $25 no-show fee. This is especially concerning because the person who collects these fees usually asks for payment in cash. I believe the office should review both its reminder procedures and how these fees are collected.

There are truly not enough words to express our gratitude for Dr. Viksman and his incredible staff. My mother suffered for years with a severe rash and constant itching that covered much of her body. I suffered from an increasingly worsening itchy skin with no apparent cause for several years. This progressed to breathing troubles culminating in a trip to the ER with an asthma-like attack. Dr. Viksman was able to diagnose and prescribe several skin ointments and breathing inhalers that have greatly relieved the symptoms. I only wish I had consulted him sooner.

Dr. Viksman is truly the best doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve been a patient for 26 years, since I was a young girl struggling with asthma and allergies, and he has always been incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in my health. He listens, he cares, and he always takes the time to make sure I feel heard and supported. The entire staff and nursing team are just as wonderful—warm, welcoming, and consistently kind. Waited 7 days for prescription to be submitted
