I didn't want to like this place, cause prior to your appointment it's very intimidating with the text. To my surprise, this place is amazing! Everyone I talked with is smart, nice, and made me feel comfortable. Definitely 5 star location and 5 star employees. Hannah (front desk) , Mrs.Peters (Physician), and Nieshe are absolutely the best and deserve recognition.
Every one was nice and helpful
I called with an urgent issue. I was reacting to something and needed to know what to do about my meds. A couple of weeks prior I was advised to up my dosages. I did and that’s when the prob started. With the severity of my problems I would’ve expected a call back very quickly. Was told the provider, Candace would call me back and I waited that day and the rest of three next. I never got a call back. Really made me feel safe and cared for. Time to find a new allergist.
