The doctor is nice and looks he knows what he do, but because of his stuff who work there we are not going anymore. We called before we go if they accept our insurance and we went and give them the card and ID and after 3 times going there they are saying our insurance is not accepting and bill will come to my mail. So why even they bother us to make go there. And plus on the phone they do not say directly what is it about they talk explain till to get to the point.
My daughter has called this office for 3 days BEGGING for a phone call back cause they’re ALWAYS closed. They don’t have an on call service, you have to leave a voicemail. HE DOESNT RETURN CALLS. My daughter explained how her face is swollen, etc. This Dr still didn’t call. I even left a voicemail telling him to call my daughter back. HE DID NOTHING
Called to make an appointment and the girl who answered the phone was very rude and should act professionally when speaking to people. Obviously I would never bring any family member here after that horrible first impression.

Dr. AppleBaum claims to be a chronic sinusitis specialist and after having a catscan of my sinus he diagnosed me with a chronic maxillary sinus infection. He gave me two courses of antibiotics and told me if I was not feeling better in a week to stop taking the antibiotics and go see a specific ENT and get a culture done so we know what the bacterial strain is and can treat it with the appropriate antibiotic.
