I will never purchase any products form this company again in the future. There is zero customer service and no assistance with products that may be a bad batch or ineffective. I ordered 4 bottles of botox and injected into 2 of my long term patients who have had excellent results with other botox products. The botox did not work at all and I had to reinject them with another product (at my cost) and they had a beautiful result. Absolutely horrible company to deal with that provides zero customer service. Too bad there's no other options in Canada for buying Botox and they know it, so they treat their customers terribly because they can. I've dealt with allergan US and they were a breeze comparatively. Canadian allergan really needs to up their game and improve on basic business practices or lose customers to competitors like Galderm and Clarion which is who i will buy from in the future to avoid having to deal with them ever again.

Their compationate care program fails those in need. Both OHIP and Allergan fail the people in need.
Have joined the Canadian class action lawsuit against Allergan the makers of the breast implants ... I had bilateral breast reconstruction in 2015-2016 and this year found out the these types of implants have caused health side affects and have caused a Type of cancer in other woman and now myself and thousands of other woman around the world may be at risk for this Type of cancer...Class action law suit started July 2018 .
