I have an IQAir GC MultiGas that just wasn't doing it for both wildfire smoke (tar, particulates, VOC, heavy metal fumes) and perfumes (which contains both VOCs and SVOCs). I was sorely disappointed with its performance with xylene as well. Ordered an Air Medic Pro 6 Ultra Smoke Eater for a perfume allergy and wildfire season and it has outperformed the MultiGas, which costs almost twice as much, in particulate and VOC/SVOC filtration.
