The quality of the unit is considered okay. Good efficiency from the maintenance team. Management, however, is one of the worst I've worked with. During the day of move-out, the front desk lady gave me no details on the how much will be deducted to cover cleaning cost. But rather, just a nod and confirmation that everything looked fine. I lived here from 2021 to 2023 and loved it. Unit: I lived in an efficiency on the top floor, which meant I did not have to worry about sounds from upstairs. I heard little from my next-door neighbors or the hallway. My unit faced outside, and I had good sun and nice views. The windows were large, but a little drafty. Some units face into the atrium, receiving much less sunlight, but these units are insulated from outside noise and wind (lowering heating/cooling costs). I had two large closets.
