I have had numbness and tingling down my left arm and soreness in my neck, after a few sessions with David the pain has gone away and the numbness has lessened extremely. I feel much better after the sessions.

I visited David because I have a recurring problem with the QL (quadratus lumborum) muscle on the left side of my lower back. About once a year I pull that muscle and it puts me out of commission for a week or two. I'm not having a major problem with the QL at the moment, but the muscles in my lower back, along with the glute and hamstring muscles on my left side, are always tight.
