I had the opportunity to visit Allen's today. Michelle was extremely helpful. She truly gets what Customer Service should be. She was quite concerned of our needs and how the sofa would be used.
Everyone here was extremely rude. They did not hold true to their word either. We were cheated out of our time and money.
