I wish I could give -23 starts. The elderly woman was NOT helpful and rude. I don't know how this place still has business with this kind of customer service. She never answered my questions but started to lecture on how she knows better. Well, I am not coming back here.
Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I recently visited this tuxedo store, and it was hands down one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted (if you can call it that) by a woman at the desk who was not only rude but also spoke in a tone that was more akin to yelling than helping. I am skeptical about all the 4-5 star reviews here...I went here with my fiance to see if we should rent or buy the tuxedo. The interior inside was old, but it smelled old as well(iykyk). The elderly lady at the front desk was short with us the entire time. We asked about renting/ pricing, but she didn't even give us any estimates or any piece of information except for a 3-day rental policy or something. The displayed tuxedo looks not modern at all but she claims it is since she has "30–40 years experience." We ended up left... read more
