I was wowed by these guys! Not only did they help guide us with their wealth of expertise but the day we were supposed to pick up my tux for my wedding, the owner had a medical emergency but they still allowed us to come pick up my tux and do my fitting! They said they "couldn't let you kids down!" This kind of customer service is hard to find in this day and age. Horrible customer service. The woman running the front desk was awful. She seemed bothered we had come in and was extremely unhelpful. Any questions we had were met with a nasty attitude. It was quite awkward and uncomfortable for me, my fiancée, and groomsmen. Allen tuxedos, you need to hire someone who actually wants to help people find suits for their special day and doesn’t treat customers like a nuisance. I’m still bothered, a day later, by what an unpleasant experience it was to go to this location.

The lady that helped my fiance and I really knew what she was talking about! The whole process was just so easy and I really appreciated the insight she had to give. Great selection of tuxedos. Will definitely come back next time we have a special occasion.
