They lost the only ASE mechanic they had. I would not recommend at this time
Took my fmx trans into for an overhaul . Rick and his team were great. Great job. Very pleased. Rick worked with me to make sure I was satisfied and went above and beyond.
A couple months ago Rick Allen’s Transmission repaired my transmission we thought it was good but as sometimes things do not go as planed. A mistake was made and while we were in the Smoky Mountains at Gatlinburg, Tennessee the car’s transmission went out, Rick being a man of his word went Up and Above true customer service. He sent his wrecker to Gatlinburg to pick up my car and brought it back to his shop repaired the car at NO cost to me. He told me that a mistake was made by his people so everything was at his cost.
